The second room that is available (Bedroom #2) also has the luxury of a queen size bed. Additionally, there is a desk with plenty of shelving and storage, as well as a dresser and closet for clothing. The window in this room also faces west, giving a great view of the sun setting over NYC rooftop! The room is carpeted and has an air conditioning unit for the warmer months of the year.
Bedroom 3 is the third room available for rental. The room is sunny and furnished with a full-sized bed, night table, lamp, and closet for cloithing storage.
The kitchen, full bathroom and living room are shared between the roommates. You will have a great time cooking in the spacious open kitchen, fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker and toaster in addition to all the basic amenities. A bistro table is avaiable for casual dining, while a small dining table for two is another option in the living room. The living room is furnished with a sofa, coffee table and a papasan chair where you can relax and watch cable television. You can also enjoy the view of Woodside’s streets from the balcony and eastern exposed windows that allow in plenty of sunlight.

The apartment is only a block away from the nearest subway station on 65th Street and Broadway where you can catch the M or R train to Midtown Manhattan past Times Square, through Union Square, all the way to Brooklyn! Or you can take the 7 train on 69th Street and Roosevelt Avenue that will take you directly to Grand Central Station. If you like to bike, there is also a bike route leading from Woodside to 59th Street bridge into Manhattan.
