The separate shared kitchen is equipped with an oven, toaster, microwave, fridge and freezer. A sofa, multiple sofa chairs, two large dining tables and a mounted flat screen television are found in the shared living area. The five rooms for rent are all furnished with a twin sized bed, a desk and storage space. One small room and one large room for rent offer the convenience of a private full bathroom.
