This fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment is located in the East Village in Lower Manhattan, New York. The apartment is found on the 3rd floor (4th for Americans) of a 5-story of a prewar, walk-up building. This building has a front door security system with double doors and a locked security gate.

Wood floors line the living room and bedroom of this apartment. The living room features air conditioning, a television equipped with cable and a phone. Additionally, there is an irregular sized double futon bed, measuring approximately 75'' x 43'' (slightly narrower than regular double futon beds). A closet provides extra storage space.

The kitchen is open to the living room and includes basic cookware and a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Enjoy home-cooked meals at the dining table. The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a dresser.

Public transportation is particularly convenient with the L train at 1st Avenue just over 1 block away, connecting you to the trendy Williamsburg, Brooklyn, one stop east or to the rest of Manhattan to the west.

Please note that the heating system is radiator steam which can cause loud clanging when in use during the cold season.
